I think we are finally seeing summer here in our neck of the woods.  So thankful for that seeing how

we will be celebrating the 4th of July in less than a week!

Speaking of the 4th.  Here's a little treat I whipped up to help start the festivities!!!

I used the hat from the Freebie Bear with star at Treasure Box Designs a few weeks ago and the moose is from the Village holiday home collection.

The stamped sentiment is from Craftin Desert Diva's Celebrate Freedom stamp set.

I will also be entering this little cutie into the CDD Linky party for this week.

Need coffee!!!

Hey there crafty friends!

This project is dedicated to my friends who need their coffee...you know who you are!!!

I used the Treasure Box Design file Mornings are Brewtal!  

Isn't this so flipping cute!!!  I love everything about this file...the curlers in the hair...the bunny slippers.  It just makes me smile!!

This adorable box I had from Stampin Up.  It fits the K-cups just beautifully!!

Stamp sentiments are from Jaded Blossom's Java time Stamp set and the tag is from the Mini tag Dies set.

Sweet Frog Gift Card holder

Hey There Crafty Friends!!

Now I always say that cards are not my strong point.  I liken them to a small scrapbook page and I never know where to start!!  But....when it comes to shaped cards I don't seem to have this problem...and they are so easy and fun!!!!!

Today I made a card to hold a gift card to one of my favorite "guilty pleasures"...Sweet Frog frozen yogurt.

If you are lucky enough to have one of these delightful little places near you, you must give them a try!!!  The one near me is owned by a local family and I always love to support businesses like that.  

I used the Cuckoo frog file from Treasure Box Designs.   There are several files in the Cuckoo line and they are all so easy to make shaped cards with!!!

I also used the gift card holder die from Jaded Blossom and a stamp sentiment from the Punny stamp set by Craftin Desert Diva.  I'm going to be entering this card into the Linky party at CDD.

I have to say I think this is one of the funnest projects I've ever done!!  It just made me smile!!!

I have a new project to share today!!  This would make a cute little 4th of July treat to give away!

I used the America file from Treasure Box Designs!!  I had to reduce the pattern quite a bit to fit on my bag topper...but the file still cut beautifully and was so easy to work with!!!

The bag topper and bag are from Jaded Blossom and the Sentiment stamp is from Crafting Desert Diva!!
