Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas!!!
I can't believe it's Christmas eve!!!  It's been a rather chaotic holiday season for me this year and been very hard to keep in the Christmas spirit.  I definitely didn't get into my craft room as much as I would have liked...but have tucked away all the fabulous ideas in my head for next year!!!

I hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow filled with joy, happiness and lots of good memories!!!

Here is a project I had started earlier this month!  Wasn't sure I was ever going to get it finished but I did just in time to deliver to a wonderfully sweet woman at the retirement home that I work at.  She can't have regular chocolate, but can have the white...so I always try to fill something with these tasty treats!!

The Santa Pants are a file from SVG Cuts and the stamp sentiment from Jaded Blossom's Holiday Treat Tag set and the Treat tag die!

Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you all in 2015!!

Santa pants!

Happy Saturday Everyone!
Are you all ready for the holidays??  I am not and should have been spending the day working on other things...but the crafting bug caught me and took over!  To my defense I did get some laundry done and lots of lists made while I was creating these! I also plan to head out in a little bit and hopefully the crowds will have dwindled down a bit!
So what did I make you ask?...well..Santa pants of course!

I started out with the Santa/Elf  Pants file from SVG cutting files.  Then I took the base to hold the tubes from the Witches Boot file and attached the underneath.  On one set of pants I used the rectangle tubes from Jaded Blossom and on the other I used the clear tubes.  The stamp sentiment is from Christmas Signs and is stamped on a die from the Mini Tag Dies 2 set.  I also used the Candy wrap dies to wrap the nuggets in.

I'm going to enter these into the SVG Cutting Files Monthly Challenge.  This month's theme is anything Christmas!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Jaded Blossom Guest DT day

Hey Crafty Friends
I am truely honored and excited to be guest designing for Jaded Blossom today.  The awesome DT here is what reeled me into paper crafting just about 2 years ago...and I've been having fun using their products and belonging to the garden ever since!

I wanted to create a really special project for today.  I've put together this little hot cocoa gift set that would be a great gift to give away this holiday season!

Recipe:

Cup Wrapper and Mini cupcake tray from SVG Cutting files.  On the Mini cupcake tray I took out one of the holes and then resized the other 2 to fit the cup and the ornament.

Thanks for stopping in to check out my project!  Make sure you stop by the JB blog everyday this month to see all the other fabulous projects the guest DT's are going to showcase for you!

Snowman Goodie Bag Light

Hey there crafty friends!!!
I've come to realize that no matter how busy and crazy life gets, I need to fit some crafty time into my life!!!!  It makes me happy and helps me erase the rest of the world.  It's my form of therapy!!!

Ever since Jaded Blossom introduced this die and the DT was posting some wonderful and varied projects with it, I couldn't wait to give it a try.  For whatever reason I had it in my head that I wanted to do something w/ a tealight...but the bag is just a little too narrow for them.  I was racking my brain on what to do and then I caught a glimpse of a project from last Christmas and the lightbulb came on...literally!

Now...if you can get your hands on some timered tealights that would be ideal...but if not you would just have to manually turn the light on and off.  You might also want to add a little peice of foam to the bottom of the bag to add some weight so the bag doesn't tip over.
I will be entering this into this months JB challenge which is crafters choice!!
